We respect your privacy! Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Any information you give to Cam Creations will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges (excluding custom dyed items) within 30 days of delivery (including International). If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days. For returns, we will issue you a return authorization number and this number must be printed clearly on the package. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. We will be happy to exchange the item/s or issue a refund less shipping, providing the item/s are in original condition and unused. Items in which the original packaging and/or yardage has been altered in any way - cutting, washing, etc - will not be accepted and no return will be made for such returns. Please note: we do not refund shipping charges on returns unless the return / exchange is a result of our error such as a defect or an error in filling your order. Special order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please send all returns by trackable means and properly packed as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in the mail. We cannot accept packages postage due or COD.

Returned/Undelivered Packages

If your package is returned to us by the postal service, we will contact you to let you know. If the package has been returned to us as a result of our error, we will re-send the package to you for no extra charge. If you provided incorrect delivery details, or failed to collect your package if applicable (not at home or do not contact post office after notice is left, etc) you will be required to pay us an additional postage charge, which will notify to you.

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery date, please contact customer service within 30 days.

We are not responsible for lost orders that are not reported within 30 days of the date your order ships.

Product and Service Information and Disclaimer

This site is provided by Cam Creations on an “as is” basis. We disclaim all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Creases or wrinkles in the silk are normally the result of packaging, often unavoidable, and not considered defects. This can be easily taken care of with an iron on silk setting. We can not guarantee ribbon color lot consistency or that colors/ribbons will not bleed or fade.

Cam Creations does not guarantee that the information on this site is complete or current. We make every effort to keep the content of this website error-free, but mistakes occasionally occur. All color names listed on this site are for reference purposes only. Cam Creations does not guarantee that the color names or the product will match any specific color name listed by another company, website, or color reference guide.
