CUSTOM DYEING

IMPORTANT – SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR ALL CUSTOM DYE ORDERS

TERMS AND GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOM DYEING I have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Guidelines of custom dyeing as listed below

· Because it is dyed custom for you, returns will not be accepted on custom dyed ribbon.

· Due to the hand dyed nature, and the fact that the ribbon is 100% silk, bleeding will likely occur if wetted, especially with dark colors.

· Please consider this when sending your sample: Fabrics with the following characteristics are very difficult to match and may not yield favorable results; Lame's (different colors on the warp and weft), high sheen fabrics, sheers, velvets and patterned or textured surfaced fabrics.

· Custom dyeing takes 2-7 business days on average, depending on how much you need and our workload. Very large orders may take longer. If you are working with a deadline, please contact us to insure we can complete your order on time.

· Only original fabric (preferred) or paper samples mailed to us will be accepted for custom dying; we cannot accept computer printouts, photocopies, electronic photos or links to products from other websites.

· We have a limited library of some Pantone colors and can dye to them. If you have a Pantone color, you may want to contact us with your number first so we can check to be sure we have that number.

· Variegated hand dying is also available but minimum quantities and higher rates apply as a different and more complex process is involved, please contact us for details.

· Samples are normally returned, however they can be kept on file for up to 60 days so that you can reorder if needed. Please request this at the time you submit your order.

· At this time custom dyeing is only available for silk embroidery ribbon and through our stock.
