If you are not familiar with bias cut silk ribbon, it is ribbon cut on the bias directly from bolts of fabric. It is lovely, fun to work with and makes a wonderful addition to all types of Ribbon Embroidery, Knitting, Quilting and Fiber Arts.

We specialize in two type of bias cut silk; Silk Taffeta (regular) and Silk Satin. Pictures to the left- The white is the silk taffeta, which has a soft luxourious feel to it; much like normal silk. The silk satin pictured in black but also sold in white, has a glossy sheen finish to the top. All bias cut silk is thin, and wispy.
