Silk Shibori Ribbon

We fell in love with these georgous ribbons and we think you will too! Hand dyed by fiber artist Glennis Dolce of Shiborigirl Studios, these bias cut, 100% silk satin, pleated ribbons are carefully dyed and over-dyed multiple times using the Shabori technique to create stunning, vibrant color variations between the pleats and throughout the ribbon. The ribbons are about 1" wide with the pleats intact and about 5" wide when the pleats are pulled out. The pleating can be kept as is, or altered with light steaming, or completely removed using an steam iron. Use Shibori ribbon for floral work, apparel, millenery, quilting and more!
